About My Clients

My clients are often deep thinkers, caregivers, and high achievers who have learned to navigate life by holding it all together—but inside, they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired. They may be working through anxiety, identity questions, past trauma, or life transitions that leave them questioning their next steps. Many of my clients have spent years putting others first and are now ready to focus on their own healing. They’re insightful, curious, and open to exploring patterns, even

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed psychologist with a background in both assessment and therapy, and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD. My clinical training has included work in inpatient facilities, clinics, and private practice settings, giving me a broad understanding of the systems that impact mental health. I take an integrative approach to therapy—drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral traditions—while always centering our work in a safe, collaborative relationship. I believe healing happens in the context of being seen, understood, and supported. Sessions with me are relational, curious, and affirming. I honor each client’s story and pace, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you can be your full self without judgment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe enough to be real—where your pain, questions, and hopes are all welcome. I see each person as inherently worthy, and I believe healing often begins when we start to reconnect with that truth. I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, and I work from the belief that growth happens not by “fixing” ourselves, but by understanding ourselves more deeply. I also believe mental health can’t be separated from the systems we live in. Our experiences are shaped by culture, identity, and lived realities like racism, ableism, and other forms of oppression. I strive to hold space for the whole of who you are—your strengths, struggles, and everything in between—with care, respect, and humility.
