My Background and Approach
Therapy is never a one size fits all experience. Every story is unique, which is why I use a multimodal approach that adapts to you. Together we explore how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors shape your world, using cognitive behavioral tools when helpful. At the same time, I hold space for you as the expert of your own journey, because no one knows you better than you. I do not see problems. I see challenges, and challenges are reminders that they can be faced and overcome. My role is to walk beside you, offering perspective, encouragement, and support when you need it most. At the heart of it all, the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself. Choosing to prioritize your well-being is not selfish.
