About My Clients
Are you tired of pretending you’re “fine” when inside you feel insecure, overwhelmed, or never quite “enough”? Maybe you overthink everything, avoid conflict, or second-guess yourself the moment life gets chaotic. You’re not failing—you’ve been carrying too much alone. I help clients quiet self-doubt, understand their patterns, and build tools that restore confidence and emotional steadiness.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, or major life changes. My background includes years of clinical work in community mental health, school settings, and private practice, giving me a strong understanding of how stress, family dynamics, and past experiences shape daily functioning. I specialize in CBT, ACT, and interpersonal approaches, which allows me to help clients understand their patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build emotional tools that create real change. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, direct style and the way I make therapy feel both safe and productive. My goal is to offer clarity, honest support, and practical strategies so you can feel grounded, confident, and more in control of your life. make it a bit better
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are capable of real change at any point in their lives. Much of what we struggle with comes from learned patterns—ways of thinking, coping, and relating that once helped us survive but no longer serve us. That means these patterns can be understood, unlearned, and replaced with healthier ones. I know what it’s like to push through stress and self-doubt, and I’ve seen firsthand how therapy can create clarity, confidence, and emotional relief. Those experiences shape the way I show up as a therapist today: grounded, compassionate, and committed to helping you feel more in control. I care deeply about reducing mental health stigma and supporting communities where asking for help hasn’t always been encouraged. Outside of work, I stay involved in causes that promote youth mental health, community wellness, and access to care.
