I have profound commitment to fostering mental wellness across all age groups from children to adults. I have developed a specialized focus on working with children and adolescents, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young clients to explore their emotions and develop coping skills.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2022 with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Minors in Forensic Science and Psychology. From there, I went on to get my Masters at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In 2024, I graduated with her Masters in Forensic Mental Health Counseling complemented by extensive training in child psychology, forensic psychology and family counseling. I am certified in victimology, underscoring her expertise and dedication to professional growth. I am currently working towards receiving her license in Mental Health Counseling. With a client-centered approach, I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Play Therapy.
