About My Clients

If you have spent a long time feeling like it is hard to trust your own judgment, or like closeness always feels a bit risky, I want you to know you are not alone. When we have been hurt in our closest relationships, our minds and bodies learn that staying distant is the only way to stay safe. True healing does not happen in isolation, it happens when we step back into connection. Together, we will take a gentle journey inward. I provide a quiet, deeply protected, and non-judgmental space.

My Background and Approach

With 7 years of experience in mental health, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, groups, and teens (ages 12-17) as they navigate LGBTQIA2S+ identity, ADHD, addiction, healthy sexuality, trauma, grief, faith transitions, and coparenting. My practice is centered on trauma-informed care, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for your healing. My main trauma modality is Lifespan Integration. A good way to think about it is that trauma can feel like tangled threads in the tapestry of your life. This therapy is a gentle way to reweave those threads, connecting them back into the whole, continuous story of your life.
