About My Clients

I work with clients navigating life transitions, identity exploration, & the influence of family, cultural, & religious systems on self-understanding. I have a special focus on individuals healing from religious trauma, as well as those exploring their sexual or gender identity. I am also passionate about my work with adults with ADHD who may struggle with focus, emotional regulation, and executive functioning challenges, taking an identity-informed approach.

My Background and Approach

I take an existential approach to counseling, grounded in the belief that uncovering personal meaning profoundly shapes how we live & understand the world. In a safe, supportive space, I invite my clients to explore life's biggest questions at their own pace, in their own way. I believe in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach to the therapeutic relationship and trust my clients as the experts on themselves and their experiences. Having experienced the positive impact of my own mental health journey, I know the importance of finding a counselor who is the right therapeutic fit. If you're considering work together, I encourage you to schedule a free phone consultation. That way, we can get to know one another and consider our work together. I hope to hear from you soon!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and passionate about bodily, spiritual, and sexual autonomy. I aim to practice anti-racist, anti-capitalist values in my community and work with clients. I believe healing takes place inside ourselves, in connection with others, and in our communities.
