About My Clients
Life is complicated. Working through current stressors, past experiences, and everything in between by yourself is a challenge. This is where therapy can help. Having someone to aid you in processing through stressors and to work on finding solutions can make all the difference. In our sessions we will explore your concerns and better understand where your difficulty is coming from. Whether it is your first session or your hundredth, we will identify a plan tailored to your specific needs.
My Background and Approach
For 13 years I have been helping individuals improve their overall sense of wellbeing, working through a range of subject areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and substance use recovery. I also have experience working within a wide range of settings to be able to identify the best fit for you. Through a combination of evidence-based practices, education, and processing, I provide people a time and a place to focus on themselves.
