About My Clients

My approach to therapy is purely client centered. I meet each client where they are at and walk with them as we take steps forward toward your desired goal.

My Background and Approach

My first priority is to make sure that my client walks away from each session with a sense of relief. I provide a place where you can lay your heaviest burdens and walk away feeling motivated to continue the work you have started with me. I have been passionate about mental health from a young age! I started working toward my career at Texas A&M University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013. I went on to pursue my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and graduated in 2015. I have experience working with all ages as a grief counselor, career counselor, children's counselor, school counselor, and a general counselor for individuals and couples.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My personal beliefs have always lent themselves to respecting, supporting, and advocating for anyone just as they prefer. I have done extensive work and development in many social justice movements such as LGBTQ+ rights, Women's rights, Black Lives Matter Movement, and many other racial and social movements.
