About My Clients
You’re ambitious and deeply devoted—to your family, your career, your relationships. But lately, it feels like you’re doing everything for everyone and losing yourself in the process. You want to feel grounded, fulfilled, and confident again—not just surviving the day, but actually living your life.
My Background and Approach
During our work together, you'll gain practical tools to manage stress, navigate emotions, and communicate with clarity and confidence. We’ll quiet your inner critic, build self-compassion, and strengthen your relationship with yourself. Each session is tailored to you—collaborative, focused, and aimed at meaningful, lasting change. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York with years of experience supporting clients facing anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, and executive-level career-life balance. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive mental health. I provide a safe, affirming space to help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I create an inclusive, affirming space for people of all backgrounds. I’m especially passionate about supporting people of color, individuals from all religious and spiritual paths, those in LGBTQIA+ and ethically non-monogamous relationships, and anyone who’s ever felt like they had to shrink themselves to fit in. My practice is grounded in cultural humility, respect, and compassion. I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and tailored to who you truly are, not who the world tells you to be. You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.
