About My Clients

Many of the people I work with feel stuck between who they are and who they believe they should be. They may be struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem, or major life transitions. My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware individuals who want more than symptom relief alone. They want to better understand themselves, create meaningful change, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

My Background and Approach

Long before I became a therapist, I was fascinated by people's stories. I have always been drawn to the ways we make meaning of our experiences, the identities we develop to survive difficult seasons, and the remarkable capacity people have to grow and transform. My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and expressive approaches informed by a lifelong connection to music and creativity. I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, strengthening your relationship with yourself, and creating a life that feels aligned with who you truly are. Whether you are navigating ADHD, depression, an eating disorder, or a major life transition, my goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins with understanding, not judgment. Every person develops ways of coping, surviving, and making sense of their experiences, even when those strategies no longer serve them. Rather than focusing on what is "wrong," I am interested in understanding the story behind the struggle. I have always been drawn to stories—how we make meaning of our experiences, the identities we develop along the way, and the remarkable capacity people have to grow through life's challenges. Music, creativity, and self-expression have been lifelong passions of mine, and they continue to influence the way I approach therapy. I believe meaningful change often begins when we slow down, listen deeply, and become curious about ourselves with compassion rather than criticism. My hope is to offer a space where all parts of your story are welcome.
