Or perhaps you've reached a point in life where you realize you just need more—more grounding, more assurance, more clarity.
My Background and Approach
My background is in early childhood development, psychology, and teaching. I specialize in helping individuals, families, and children heal from trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, BPD, and other mental health challenges. Using an ethically integrative approach—including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Somatic healing—I guide clients toward healing and growth. My job is to collaborate with you while you navigate life’s many challenges, offering a deeper understanding of yourself and guiding you toward more meaningful connections with those around you. Beyond individual therapy, I’m committed to increasing mental health accessibility through community-based services, support groups, and low-cost therapy programs. Whether supporting trauma survivors, mothers, children, teens, or those seeking personal growth, I strive to create a safe, affirming space for lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that when we allow our thoughts to become words—when we begin sharing our burdens—we create space for real, lasting change. I believe in the power each human has to be the expert in their own life and it is not a part of my job to tell you who you are or how to do things. I believe I am here to be an ally, a listener, a supportive presence, and a helping guide in your life.
