My Background and Approach
My background is in early childhood development, psychology, and teaching. I specialize in supporting individuals as they heal from trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other mental health challenges. Using an ethically integrative approach—including ACT, CBT, ERP, and Somatic healing—I guide clients toward regulation and growth. My job is to collaborate with you while you navigate life’s many challenges, offering a deeper understanding of yourself and guiding you toward more meaningful connections with those around you. Whether supporting trauma survivors, mothers, children, teens, or those seeking personal growth, I strive to create a safe, affirming space for lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe that when we allow our thoughts to become words—when we begin sharing our burdens—we create space for real, lasting change. I believe in the power each human has to be the expert in their own life and it is not a part of my job to tell you who you are or how to do things. I believe I am here to be an ally, a listener, a supportive presence, and a helping guide in your life.
