About My Clients

I work best with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, or life transitions and long for deeper healing and growth. I also support those exploring psychedelic or ketamine-assisted therapy for integration and transformation. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to help you reclaim balance and move forward with clarity and purpose.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin and California, also licensed as a Substance Abuse Counselor in Wisconsin. I hold a Trauma-Informed Care Certificate and have undergone extensive training in ketamine-assisted and psychedelic therapy. This blend of experience allows me to offer safe, compassionate, and specialized care for clients seeking healing through both traditional and innovative approaches. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending modern psychotherapy with mindful presence and deep respect for the wisdom of your inner world. I believe these expanded states can offer profound opportunities for healing and self-discovery. At the same time, I know that true transformation happens when insights are carried into daily life. That’s why my work focuses not only on the journey itself but also on integration, helping you anchor your experiences with clarity, balance, and care.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a safe and inclusive space where all people feel seen, valued, and supported in their healing journey. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I hold strong values around social justice, equity, and mental health advocacy, and I am committed to creating spaces that honor diverse identities and experiences. My work is also deeply shaped by my training in ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration, as I believe these tools, when offered safely and ethically, can open profound pathways for healing, growth, and transformation. I support movements that destigmatize mental health care and expand access to holistic, trauma-informed treatment. Outside of my professional role, I ground myself in family, time in nature, and creative expression, which help me stay balanced and connected. These values and passions guide the way I show up in my practice and in the communities I serve.
