Whether you are coping with a major life transition, experiencing burnout, or struggling through grief and loss- you are not alone. As women, we are often conditioned to put our needs last. When perfectionism and anxiety take over, disconnection and loneliness can begin to overshadow our ability to be present and find joy in the people and the things that we love. It doesn’t have to be this way.
My Background and Approach
In an open and inclusive environment, I aim to meet you right where you are and work with you to create the therapeutic space you need. Therapy should be a dynamic experience that is unique to you. Together, it's possible to create a collaborative and functional treatment plan that grows with and for you. In a world that encourages us to embrace gratitude and positivity, making space for difficult transitions, disconnect, loss, anxiety, or loneliness can feel counterintuitive to finding hope or change. I believe that by changing the way we view and approach hard and difficult emotions and experiences we can unlock the secret to experiencing authentic joy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist with a background in couples and family therapy and clinical training in trauma-informed practices, I believe observing the systems we function alongside and within can inform the ways in which we experience our lives. Integration, healing, and growth are possible when we build a loving and trusting relationship with ourselves!
