About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals and couples of all ages (18+), seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions. Whether you're newly navigating adulthood, facing midlife changes, or exploring connection later in life, I’m here to help. My clients are open to reflection, ready for growth, and value a space that’s supportive, honest, and grounded in evidence-based care.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from UCF in 2020 and began my career working at a Baker Act facility during the height of the pandemic—an experience that deeply shaped my understanding of crisis, resilience, and human connection. Since then, I’ve worked in private practice with individuals and couples from all walks of life and across the adult lifespan. Now rooted in downtown Orlando, I’m excited to continue this journey and see where it leads. I use the Gottman Method when working with couples, helping partners strengthen connection, improve communication, and rebuild trust. With individuals, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop healthier ways of coping. Whether in individual or couples work, my approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in research-backed strategies that support lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m an ally and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. I hold an agnostic worldview and believe deeply in every person’s right to define their own meaning and path. Above all, I live and work by a code of kindness, compassion, and curiosity—meeting others with respect, without judgment, and with a genuine desire to understand and support their journey.
