About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, addiction recovery, and the stress that can come with daily life. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed while working towards helping you understand the “why” behind your patterns—aiming to build tools that actually fit your life.
My Background and Approach
I have received my undergraduate degree in Sociology and earned my Masters degrees in Social Work. I have over 8 years of experience in behavioral and mental health support services. I like to use a mix of evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology alongside a strengths-based, attachment-informed, and trauma-aware methods while remaining culturally aware and sensitive. I tailor our work based on what fits your needs, always keeping your voice at the center of the process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know reaching out can feel really vulnerable, and it takes a lot of courage. My goal is to help you feel safe and supported from the start—I truly respect how much strength it takes to take that first step. Therapy with me is a safe space to reflect, grow, and build the tools you need to create meaningful change. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods to help you manage emotions, shift limiting beliefs, and strengthen your sense of self. My goal is to help you feel more empowered in your choices, more grounded in who you are, more connected in your relationships, and more confident in your ability to move forward.
