About My Clients
If you are seeking a safe space to process what you are experiencing, are open to being challenged at times to consider alternative viewpoints, and would like to create goals that we will work towards during our time together to promote lasting change, I would love to see if we would be a good fit. Clients who I have found often benefit from services together include those struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and chronic illness.
My Background and Approach
Prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Neuroscience Studies minor. I then completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During our sessions, you can expect a warm environment where your experiences are met with empathy and evidence based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we will work to form goals, coping skills, and challenge maladaptive thoughts to assist you in your growth and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each person has the potential for growth. By meeting virtually, you are able to discuss difficult topics where you feel the most comfortable. I am happy to offer morning and evening availabilities for scheduling and look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey!
