About My Clients
A large part of my heart is dedicated to working with first responders, veterans, and others in high stress jobs. I served in the military for six years and later worked on a mobile mental-health crisis team alongside law enforcement, EMS, and fire. I now work as a program manager in a crisis unit, continuing to collaborate closely these communities. These roles have given me a deep understanding of burnout, camaraderie, and the layers of high stress job.
My Background and Approach
You don’t have to have everything “figured out” to start therapy — just a willingness to show up as you are. In therapy, I’m here to help you explore the stressors of day-to-day life, unpack the emotional weight that comes with demanding work, and find balance in relationships and life outside of your career. Life can feel heavy, complicated, or chaotic, and therapy shouldn’t add to that — it should feel like a safe corner of your world where you can sort things out at your own pace. My approach is laidback, and we will work together to understand what’s weighing on you and build tools that fit your life. When you are ready, I am here.
