About My Clients

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or a sense that they’ve lost touch with who they are. You may find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling emotionally numb. Maybe you’ve learned to push through and keep going—but it’s no longer working the way it used to. If this sounds like you, therapy with me is designed to help you move from surviving to thriving, providing support, tools, and insight so you can feel empowered again.

My Background and Approach

I view therapy as a collaborative, client-driven process guided by your goals and pace. My role is to offer insight, gentle challenge, and support as you navigate life’s complexities and reconnect with your inner wisdom. My approach is warm, calm, and integrative, helping you cultivate self-compassion, release old patterns, and build a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values. I draw from holistic, evidence-based practices—including Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work (IFS), ACT, somatic approaches, and Attachment Theory. and CBT—to support healing through the mind-body connection.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure to perform or have it all figured out. I don’t see people as broken. The patterns you’re struggling with often developed for a reason, and together we work to understand them with curiosity, not judgment. At the same time, therapy should lead to real change. We’ll go beyond insight and focus on shifting patterns, building skills, and helping you create a life that feels more aligned and meaningful. I also believe healing isn’t just about thinking differently—it involves your emotions, your body, and your lived experiences. Above all, therapy is collaborative. You are the expert on your life—I’m here to support, guide, and gently challenge you along the way.
