About My Clients
I specialize in helping adults and teens navigate the complexities of life, identity, and healing. Whether you’re exploring who you are, working through trauma, or just trying to get “unstuck,” I’m here to support you every step of the way. Many of my clients come from difficult backgrounds or dysfunctional families and are trying to figure out how that is affecting them each day and how they can heal. They might also be unsure of how they "fit" in their world- let's figure it out together.
My Background and Approach
I primarily work from a relational, attachment-oriented lens. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) techniques into my work. With a flexible approach to therapy, I tailor sessions to meet each client’s unique needs and believe that clients are the experts of their own lives. My goal is to empower you to uncover your strengths, embrace your individuality, and develop tools to thrive in all areas of life. I have worked with adolescents in the foster care system, children, adults, couples, and families. Much of my experience has been focused on trauma and childhood abuse/neglect, PTSD, depression and anxiety. I also have experience supporting parents and caregivers of children struggling to manage behaviors utilizing Trust-Based Relational Interventions.
