About My Clients

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, overwhelming emotions, or major life changes. My clients are often seeking a safe, inclusive space to feel heard, process difficult experiences, and develop practical coping skills. Together, we focus on building resilience, confidence, and emotional balance, helping clients move forward with hope and a greater sense of self-understanding.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor offering in person and telehealth therapy across Minnesota. I earned my master’s degree in School Counseling from St. Cloud State University and have experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in helping clients feel understood and empowered. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and build healthy coping skills designed for increasing life satisfaction. I believe change happens in a space where you feel safe to be yourself and supported in taking small, meaningful steps forward. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and peace in your everyday life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued, regardless of their background or experiences. I am passionate about serving all populations and creating a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their emotions, process trauma, and navigate life’s challenges. I am especially committed to supporting those in the beginning stages of processing trauma and those struggling with thoughts of suicide, offering compassionate care and guidance to help prevent harm and promote hope. Together, we focus on building resilience, self-understanding, and practical coping skills, so you can move forward with greater confidence, calm, and a renewed sense of possibility. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion, empowering clients to uncover their strengths and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
