In session, I enjoy focusing on strategies to improve self-talk, cultivate self-compassion, identify values, and develop strategies for emotional regulation. The words you say to yourself matter so much, and challenging that inner monologue can be crucial to becoming unstuck.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Kent State University in 2024 and am a licensed professional counselor. I draw from various therapeutic techniques including acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and somatic-based techniques. By pulling from these theories, we can encourage flexible thinking patterns, manage big emotions, and regulate your nervous system.
