I have 11+ years working with people who have experienced various, and often multiple, types of traumatic experiences, including: sexual abuse and assault, physical abuse, domestic violence, traumatic grief, and violent crimes. I am trained and experienced in providing multiple PTSD treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Common Elements Treatment Approach (CETA), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
