About My Clients
My clients often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin by identity questions, relationship changes, or mental health challenges. Many are LGBTQIA+, in college, or part of military families - juggling roles, expectations, and constant transitions. If you're tired of holding it all together alone, you’re not broken, and you’re not too much. In our work together, you’ll find space to slow down, feel fully seen, and explore new ways of caring for yourself with honesty and compassion.

I blend evidence-based practices with humor, storytelling, and deep listening to create space where healing feels possible. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you,it’s about reconnecting with your values, grounding yourself, and moving through life with more compassion. I show up as a whole person and honor all the ident
