About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, and families, including adults, adolescents, and children. Common areas of focus include trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship concerns.

My Background and Approach

I offer trauma-informed, LGBTQ-affirming therapy grounded in cultural humility. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Systems Theory.
