My Background and Approach
My counseling approach is empathetic, honest and I want to stretch you and help you feel like yourself again. I most often combine relational talk therapy with a coaching approach, then I sprinkle in some awesome techniques. Let’s work on, “I am not good enough” (beliefs), patterns, adaptations & wounds. I do Brainspotting for trauma, triggers, & fears. I offer engaging telehealth therapy for children using interactive whiteboard tools, visual activities, and games to help kids to stay focused and actively involved in sessions. When helpful, I incorporate a shared whiteboard with teenagers and adults to support knowledge and understanding.
