I prioritize and respect your life experience while providing you the tools to take back control. I utilize person-centered and strengths-based approaches, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices, to help you reach your goals. My specialty lies in working with individuals, particularly women, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, major life changes, trauma, and grief & loss.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that there is never a wrong time to reach out for support and begin to address the sources of your distress. All humans are capable of great resilience, and we all deserve a safe, empathic space to learn how to best care for ourselves.
