About My Clients

I provide telehealth therapy in a relaxed, pressure-free space. Therapy should fit you, your brain, your experiences, and your goals. I specialize in supporting adults working through trauma, anxiety, ADHD challenges, and self-esteem concerns. Together, we focus on building practical coping skills, healthier boundaries, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships using evidence-based, science-informed approaches.

My Background and Approach

I have over 16 years of experience supporting adults with trauma, anxiety, and LGBTQ+ concerns, working with people from all walks of life. My approach is highly individualized because therapy works best when it’s tailored to your unique needs. I offer telehealth sessions in a relaxed, pressure-free space where you can move at your own pace and discuss what matters most. Together, we focus on building coping skills, healthier boundaries, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships using evidence-based strategies. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, understand yourself better, and create meaningful, lasting change. I draw from a variety of treatment approaches depending on your needs, often using CBT, DBT, boundary-setting, assertiveness training, and solution-focused tools to support growth and resilience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ and Trans rights, a sucker for rescue animals, and someone who genuinely believes therapy works best when it doesn't feel like a pop quiz. My approach is evidence-based, which is a fancy way of saying that I use tools that actually work, then help you figure out which ones work for you You're a person, not a protocol. As a therapist, what I've learned over the years is what brings people to therapy isn't unfixable, it's just unfamiliar. New coping skills, better emotional navigation, and discovering strengths you didn't know you had can go a long way. Fair warning: I'm a massive nerd. If building rapport means bonding over a book, debating a TV show, or dropping a D&D reference mid-session, I'm fully on board. Therapy is easier when you feel safe, seen, and not judged for your screen time. Feel free to reach out for a free consult to decide if you think we'd be a good fit!
