About My Clients
You’ve spent so much time taking care of others that you’ve started to lose sight of yourself. Maybe you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or questioning how to keep going. You want to feel grounded again, to breathe, rest, and reconnect with what matters most. I help people find balance, clarity, and self-compassion so they can show up for life in a way that feels sustainable and real.
My Background and Approach
As a clinician my approach gravitates towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I recognize the need for individualized support and strive to tailor therapy to the unique needs, identities, and cultural backgrounds of each client. I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where you can reconnect with yourself, cultivate resilience, and foster authentic growth. In our early sessions, we'll take time to understand what you're experiencing and identify what feels most urgent for you. Together, we'll develop a plan that not only addresses the immediate difficulties but also builds resiliency
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens when we slow down enough to truly listen to ourselves, our thoughts, our emotions, and even the wisdom of our bodies. As a therapist, I see my role as a compassionate partner in helping people reconnect with their own inner resilience and sense of purpose. I also believe that growth doesn’t just happen in the therapy room. It happens in everyday life, in our relationships, and often in the quiet moments we spend in nature. I find grounding and renewal outdoors, and I often draw inspiration from the natural world in my work. Whether it’s through mindfulness, reflection, or simply noticing the cycles of change around us, I believe nature can remind us that healing is both possible and ever-evolving. My practice is rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique journey. I value equity, belonging, and the courage it takes to seek support . I believe that when people feel seen and understood, they begin to rediscover their strength
