About My Clients

I work with couples and individual adults to manage stress, improve relationships, and enhance self-esteem.

My Background and Approach

In addition to my masters degree in marriage and family counseling, I have over 10 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation. I utilize tools of mindfulness and self-compassion in therapy sessions. My therapy practice is rooted in respect, non-judgement, and collaboration. I believe that the client is the expert on their experience, and that learning to listen inward helps light the way toward a future of joyful, authentic living.
