I have experience working with women and their partners on topics of fertility, grief/loss, perinatal distress, Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, birth recovery, returning to work, balancing work/life demands, parenting children with special needs, and PTSD/trauma.

I want to provide a safe, warm and comfortable environment for you to talk and open up. A strong therapeutic alliance is important to your healing. It will also ensure honest, open, and constructive communication between us. My approach is strength-based, through the use of evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know how important it is to focus on self-care, I remain as proactive as possible about my own mental health by spending quality time with my friends and family. On any given weekend, I may be catching up on a new documentary series, reading a new book, trying a new recipe, or just relaxing on my patio watching my kiddos play in the backyard.
