Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Boston, MA

About My Clients

I work best with LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies seeking a supportive space to heal from trauma, explore identity, and strengthen their mind-body connection. I welcome clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Together, we can process past wounds, shift unhelpful patterns, and build self-esteem through a blend of talk therapy, creative expression, and movement-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Dance/Movement Therapist in Massachusetts and Florida, with experience supporting clients across diverse cultures, ages, and identities. My specialties include working with the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma recovery, identity exploration, and strengthening the mind-body connection. I blend cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), expressive arts, and movement-based practices, tailoring each session to your unique strengths and needs. This holistic approach allows us to explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect while also accessing healing through the body. Clients benefit from a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where creativity, humor, and authenticity are welcomed. My goal is to help you heal past wounds, embrace self-expression, and create sustainable patterns of resilience, confidence, and fulfillment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer clinician, I value authenticity, creativity, and honoring each person’s unique story. I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and creating spaces where people can feel seen, affirmed, and empowered. I believe healing happens when we feel safe to bring our whole selves into the room—mind, body, and spirit. I am committed to social justice, advocating for equity and inclusivity both inside and outside the therapy space. My practice integrates curiosity, compassion, and humor to help clients reconnect with themselves and build lives rooted in resilience, self-expression, and joy. I also support movements that uplift marginalized voices and work to dismantle stigma around mental health. By bringing these values into my work, I hope clients feel not only supported in their struggles, but also inspired to embrace their authenticity and create meaningful change in their lives.
