About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and wants support creating meaningful change. They may struggle with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, or self-esteem. I work well with clients who are motivated for growth, open to learning new coping skills, and looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space to heal, build resilience, and better understand themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am a trauma-focused therapist with experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. I have experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and enjoy helping clients build practical coping skills while also supporting deeper emotional healing and self-understanding. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should provide a safe space where clients feel supported, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change. I integrate trauma-informed care with DBT skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals, helping clients build resilience, insight, healthier coping strategies, and greater self-compassion while working toward lasting growth and emotional wellness.

My approach emphasizes balance between acceptance and change, helping clients honor where they are while also moving toward the life they want to create. I value authenticity, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and creating a space where clients can feel emotionally safe enough to be vulnerable, learn, heal, and grow.
