My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, culturally-inclusive, trauma-focused and person-centered. I welcome people of all backgrounds, abilities, genders, ethnicities, sexualities, and beliefs. I have experience in psychodynamic therapy, somatic attachment therapy, parts work, holistic wellness, and CBT. I would love to hear your story!
