About My Clients
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, or challenges related to self-esteem and relationships. Many of my clients feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by daily demands, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I provide a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop tools for lasting well-being.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-500), Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, and somatic therapist, I bring a holistic perspective to the healing process. My work is grounded in the understanding that emotional well-being is closely connected to both physical and mental health. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with evidence-based and body-centered approaches, including IFS, somatic therapy, mindfulness, yoga, and play therapy for children. I believe therapy should be engaging, individualized, and collaborative, creating a personalized experience that supports meaningful growth and lasting change.
