My Background and Approach
Let's create space for you. Imagine, talk therapy with a focus on the mind/body connection. "Bringing movement to mental health." Together we can build greater self awareness, tools for coping, practice regulating the nervous system, and express what's inside. As a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist I offer a mind/body lens to telehealth counseling. By connecting to the body in therapy we can access what we hold within. I utilize a strength based approach and include mindfulness, creative, play and parts work with children, teens and adults.
