My Background and Approach
Plants' lives may be as short as a few weeks or months, but they go through distinct changes as they grow just as people do. For humans, the progression is infant, toddler, adolescent, young adult, middle aged adult, and senior citizen, while plants go from seed to sprout; the beginning, seedling; develop roots, then through vegetative; energy focused , budding; reproducing self, flowering; developing healthy growth and ripening; healing, full maturity. Similarly, the nutritional needs of people and plants change as they grow. Therapy creates that safe space for these stages of growth. What stage of growth is your favorite crop at right now?
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my belief that personal attachments and connections are the roots of much of our behaviors. It is my desire to walk with you through the process of addressing those challenges and considering ways to overcome them. I have learned that the answer we seek is within us. I believe in empowerment, encouragement, and the process of healing.
