Whether you are navigating grief and loss, shame or low self-worth, difficulty in your relationships, symptoms of anxiety or depression, or are working through the impacts of stress, abuse, grief, or trauma - you don't have to do it alone. I work best with clients who are naturally self-reflective and existential thinkers, looking for new ways to experience their life and relationships.
