About My Clients
Life leaves us all with unanswered questions, doubt, pain and confusion. I am passionate about serving those who are looking for a safe place to land in order to work out whatever it is that's been keeping them stuck - maybe it's feeling like you don't quite belong, know who you are, or even what you want out of life - you just know something has to shift. We'll go at your pace, figuring out what you need to feel more authentic, connected, and free.
My Approach to Helping
Feeling truly seen and heard can be a profoundly healing experience. I'm passionate about joining alongside my clients to help them feel more empowered, sure of themselves, and aligned with who they want to be in the world. Whatever's keeping you stuck or in a rut, you're not alone. My approach is create a safe, non-judgmental space to do the work it takes to create meaningful change. My style is person-centered, relational, experiential, and compassionate. Whatever you're dealing with, it's not too much for me.
My Values as a Therapist
Therapy can be about healing, authentic self-discovery, and the power of "being with". Sometimes it's about learning how to be kinder to yourself, trust yourself, and show up in the way you want to in the world. I don't claim to have all the answers, but what I can offer is a genuine presence, unconditional support, and to try and really know and see you just as you are.
