About My Clients
I primarily work with folks who are looking to experience relief from active symptoms of anxiety, trauma, co-dependency, and people-pleasing. Holistic practices and IFS parts work (focused on your nervous system needs) are a huge part of my practice, which can reduce unpleasant symptoms tremendously.
My Background and Approach
Everyone can change and grow anytime with the proper support, coping skills, and a safe therapeutic space. I hope to create a space of safety, where you can feel comfortable sharing and processing difficult thoughts and emotions. Although I see people in many stages of life, I primarily assist clients in healing from complex trauma. Using holistic and evidence-based approaches, we collaboratively promote client well-being, establish thought patterns that encourage positive mental health, and build meaningful relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
With the right support, coping skills, and a safe therapeutic space, I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity.
