About My Clients

My clients are devoted professionals, parents, and caregivers. If you feel drained, overwhelmed, or like you're stuck simply going through the motions, you might be experiencing Burnout or Compassion Fatigue. Life gets so busy sometimes that self-care can seem difficult to add to an already long to-do list. I help people reclaim joy and experience greater satisfaction with their lives, using creative approaches in a fun and upbeat atmosphere.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a certified Expressive Arts Therapist. My experience working with helping professionals, parents, and caregivers has shown me how challenging it can be to prioritize self-care while balancing the needs of others. I am passionate about helping clients overcome burnout, compassion fatigue, and the impacts of secondary trauma. I offer a holistic, creative approach tailored to each client, using evidence-based techniques and somatic practices to foster self-awareness and resilience. My sessions are collaborative, warm, and infused with humor, making space for meaningful exploration and growth. Whether you're a high-performing professional feeling stretched thin or a caregiver struggling to find time for yourself, my goal is to help you reclaim your energy, build sustainable habits, and rediscover joy. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges and create a path toward a fulfilling, balanced future that feels like it is truly yours.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe all humans deserve to live a peaceful, rewarding life. I also believe in the uniqueness of this experience and do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach. My joyful life includes periods of quiet solitude, blended with being surrounded by people and pets, and spending loads of time outside when the weather is nice. It also includes a comfy couch, a warm blanket and an affinity for crime dramas when it's cold outside. I love helping busy people discover new and exciting ways to care for themselves and their loved ones. One of my greatest joys is supporting clients in finding their own paths toward more joy, laughter, and a life that celebrates their unique, authentic selves.
