I specialize in helping women who struggle with overthinking find inner peace and security in their relationships. My clients often include highly empathetic individuals, career driven women, and women healing from marital infidelity. Together, we will cultivate self-trust and self-compassion, learn tools to ease anxiety and overthinking, and even find the seed of wisdom in your anxiety. You will gain confidence over a fear of rejection by learning to own your "yes" and "no."

We are going to heal the core of your fears, nurture your inner child, and cultivate freedom and safety from within your body! We aren't going to just sit around and talk about your anxieties, leaving you feeling lost. I take an active approach with my clients, while helping you reconnect to your inner wisdom and resilience. Healing from infidelity, relationship anxiety and abandonment fears is possible- I see it happen every single day. I would be honored to walk alongside you, gently guiding your to healing, self-love and self-confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because helping women cultivate confidence and self-love is my life's calling! I am passionate about helping women become free from fear and overthinking. After making significant strides in my own recovery from relationship anxiety, I want you to know that healing is 100% possible for you. Anxiety in general is overwhelming- but when we're anxious about our most intimate relationships it can feel all consuming.
