About My Clients
I help adults and teens find their way back to a meaningful and joyful life. The unmanageability of feeling like your life is out of control can be overwhelming. Stress, depression and anxiety are beginning to impact your relationships, work, school, and self-esteem. If you have been attempting to manage these symptoms on your own but struggle to do so, I'm here to help.
My Background and Approach
I cultivate change by viewing people as so much more than a diagnosis or problem. I utilize an Internal Family Systems approach to look at issues with compassion and curiosity, rather than judgement. Most clients find this increases confidence, happiness and self-worth. I am trained in EMDR to more efficiently help you return to healthier functioning.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My focus in therapy is not on solving problems for you, but rather guiding you to be able to solve your problems on your own and more efficiently. This is done through support and expertise.
