About My Clients
I strongly believe in taking a unique approach for each client that I meet. I find so much joy in helping people problem-solve how to manage the situations that are currently upsetting, as well as going into the past to learn more about why you're struggling. Digging into your past and present takes a lot of courage. I would love to hear from you about what you need and how we can work together to help you build a more satisfying future.
My Background and Approach
I earned my degree from California State University, Fullerton in 2019, focusing my thesis on the impact trauma can have when perpetuated by a loved one. My work in trauma naturally led me to specialize in eating disorder care, where I take a whole-person approach to recovery. Both trauma and eating disorders deeply affect physical, emotional, and relational well-being, and I’m honored to help people navigate the difficult—but possible—path to healing. I’ve worked across all levels of care, including in a community mental health setting up to intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels in eating disorder treatment - all before starting my private practice so that I could bring different perspectives into my work. My experience allows me to meet you where you are, providing care that’s affirming, compassionate, and tailored to your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Queer-affirming and focused on body acceptance.
