My Background and Approach
I have vast experience in working with adults, families, children and adolescents In a variety of settings such as supporting miltary members/families overseas, ADHD, behavioral issues in children, anxiety, depression, bipolar, life transitions, grief, trauma, Autism and several other areas. I utilize an electic approach to help my patients, consisting of: expressive therapies , CBT ( cognitive behavorial therapy), DBT ( dialectal behavioral therapy), play therapy.I am constantly investing in learning the most evidenced- based practices to help patients heal. I think humor is an essential part of therapy!
