About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional stress. I specialize in maternal mental health, postpartum adjustment, anxiety, depression, and relational patterns. I help clients gain clarity, strengthen connections, and build coping skills in a supportive, collaborative space. Ideal clients are motivated to explore themselves and improve their relationships and emotional well-being.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in Georgia. I practice under the supervision of Dr. Darren Moore, Ph.D, LMFT. I am a doctoral student at National University. I have completed specialized training through Postpartum Support International, equipping me with evidence-based skills to support individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in maternal mental health, postpartum adjustment, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and communication difficulties. I use Gottman Method techniques for couples and integrative strategies for individuals to help clients gain clarity, strengthen connections, and navigate life transitions. My experience and training allow me to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their relationships and emotional well-being.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value authenticity, empathy, and creating spaces where people feel truly seen and heard. I am passionate about supporting maternal mental health, relational growth, and emotional well-being. I actively strive to foster inclusive and affirming environments for all clients, including LGBTQ+ individuals and diverse family structures. I believe in social justice and equality, and I support causes that promote mental health access, reproductive rights, and racial equity. Beyond therapy, I enjoy volunteering in community wellness initiatives and advocating for awareness around perinatal mental health.
