About My Clients
Do you ever feel like you’re holding everything together but quietly falling apart inside? Have you noticed yourself feeling anxious, unseen, or disconnected from your partner—or even from who you used to be? Are you adjusting to life changes, like becoming a parent, rebuilding after infidelity, moving through grief, or trying to find balance after burnout? If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I help individuals slow down, make sense of their patterns, and build practical tools.
My Background and Approach
As a LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) with years of experience in both private practice and community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and couples navigate some of life’s hardest transitions. My work focuses on postpartum support, relationship repair, self-esteem, and anxiety—especially for people who appear high-functioning but feel emotionally overwhelmed inside. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which means I use proven strategies to help you understand patterns, manage emotions, and strengthen communication. Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels both insightful and practical—they leave sessions with new perspectives and tools they can actually use in daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m passionate about mental health, family well-being, and helping people build a toolbox that supports real, lasting change. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported while learning new ways to navigate life’s challenges. My values are rooted in compassion, balance, and growth. I care deeply about helping individuals and families strengthen communication, rebuild confidence, and find peace in their daily lives. Whether we’re working through anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions, my goal is to help you develop skills that move you closer to the life you want. Outside of the therapy room, I’m an advocate for mental health awareness and family-centered care, and I’m passionate about creating access to supportive, inclusive services in the community. I also value creativity, connection, and time with my own family—reminders that healing and joy often grow in everyday moments.
