About My Clients
I help stressed & overwhelmed New Yorkers find space, clarity & calm in this crazy world. I work with 20 & 30 somethings trying to figure life out. Whether it's what to do after college, or figuring out relationships. I also work with busy & successful women in their 30's- who have focused on education or career and are now trying to fulfill other parts of their lives (dating, friendships, self care, hobbies) but self doubt and anxiety keep hanging around.
My Background and Approach
Anxiety & depression can make you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or lost. Oftentimes these feelings pop up when you are in transition (change in relationships, job, new baby, moving, etc), or could be connected to longstanding patterns of negative self-talk or low self-esteem. By helping you slow down, focus on self-care, and offering a safe non-judgmental space to explore & express these feelings, concerns and confusion- I help people who are ready to feel un-stuck and want to feel more fulfilled & content in their lives. Finding time to schedule & commit to therapy can be challenging. In addition to office sessions, I also offer Telehealth (online video) or ACTIVE sessions (walking/running). Being active & outdoors, is crucial to improving mental health & wellness. I can help support you to stay motivated, even when it's hard.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental health access should be available to everyone. I have tried to make a sliding scale I feel good about- that values my worth, values the worth of YOUR mental wellbeing and care, and makes mental health more accessible and equitable for everyone. If you have any questions, let’s chat. Telehealth Individual Psychotherapy Session Fees (45 min): $60- I keep 5 low sliding scale spots available for the Open Path Collective and emergency/special circumstances. If these spots are full, please reach out to be added to my sliding scale waiting list. $75-175- Students, Artists, Helping Professionals (social workers, nurses, doctors, teachers, etc.), Trans & Non-binary, Queer, BIPOC or AAPI identified folx $225- Standard Fee $250-300- Pay It Forward (if you have the privilege to pay a higher fee, let’s talk… it will help make lower fees available to those who need it. You can adjust as needed, and if you have out of network reimbursement, you’ll get money back!)
