My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I named my practice Hearth Light because I believe that vitality - or a sense of feeling alive - is more like a warm hearth that a bonfire. A full, vibrant life is built on more than enjoyment alone - it grows through honest self-confrontation, emotional responsibility, creative effort, and daily tending. One of the largest challenges of cultivating vitality is finding the balance between meaningful effort and letting go of perfection and control. That's what I'm here to help you build!
