About My Clients
I work with individuals 16 and up, couples, and families. Whether you are struggling with overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stage of life and transition challenges, overwhelming emotions, stress and overwhelm, it is possible to work through these things.
My Background and Approach
I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's College of California. I have experience working in multiple schools, through non-profits, church settings, and in private practice. My continued training has been in the practice of Internal Family Systems, an approach to therapy that recognizes the Authentic SELF within all of us and working with different parts that may be emerging as symptoms. Utilizing EMDR, family systems, and a narrative approach to my work with clients has been impactful to witness. I believe each client needs a unique approach based on their story, their strengths, and their goals, and I am ready to build an eclectic style that fits for you.
