About My Clients
I work with adults, teens, and children who are tired of just surviving and want to feel whole again—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. My clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, trauma, or feeling stuck. I also love supporting caregivers and parents, helping them better understand their children, strengthen connection, and find steadiness and peace in the midst of overwhelming seasons.
My Background and Approach
I have over 19 years of experience working in mental health with adults, teens, children, and families. I help adults navigate anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, parenting challenges, and seasons of feeling stuck. I am trained in parent–child psychotherapy and enjoy working with children of all ages while actively involving caregivers to strengthen connection and understanding. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in helping you reconnect with who you are and what matters most to you. Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, mindfulness-based strategies, and a strong interest in the mind–body connection, always tailoring therapy to your unique needs. For clients who desire it, I’m happy to incorporate faith and spirituality into our work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are resilient, even when life feels overwhelming. Growth doesn’t require perfection -just honesty, curiosity, and support. I am especially passionate about supporting caregivers and parents, recognizing both the beauty and exhaustion that come with caring for others. I value balance, meaningful connection, and practices that promote grounding and peace. Outside of therapy, I enjoy learning about mind–body wellness, relationships, and tools that help people live with greater intention and steadiness.
