About My Clients
Glad you're seeking mental wellness support! Whether you reach out to me or someone else, I'm just glad you're here, this is not an easy first step. My three specialties include adults with high anxiety and past childhood trauma. I've been told by my clients that I have a "calming presence" and help bring a sense of clarity in a confusing situation. I would love to help and support you where you're at.
My Background and Approach
Life is too short to get hung up on things we can’t control, feel constant anxiety, worry, anger or sadness, be stuck in an addiction or feel disconnection with those around us. I want to help you find peace, joy and happiness in all that life has to offer and with my help, YOU have the ability to make that happen. I want to help you find meaning and purpose in your life. The only person you can control is you and the only person you will spend EVERYDAY with is you so it’s worth it to spend time and energy to improve who you are, if not for someone else, do it for you. For the past several years as a therapist I’ve come along side adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loss of joy and trauma to re-experience life in a new way. I find joy in helping individuals reclaim their once lost identity in themselves to live and be who you were truly meant to be. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to change and find joy and peace. In the mist of pain, anxiety and struggle that can feel far from the truth, but I've come along side many individuals and families and helps reclaim their calmness. I too have had my share of struggles, I'm a mom to a beautiful 6 year old daughter and when I first had her my life was shaken upside down, I felt like I lost my sense of freedom. Overtime, with support and counseling I found my peace back and I would love to support you and your family in finding yours. I don't believe therapy should be a dreadful thing! Sometimes there's laughter and sometimes there's tears, but hopefully there's always felt healing. I have a special ability to build trust with people quickly and create a safe place to talk about struggles.
